BERLIN BOOMBOX
BERLIN BOOMBOX
The 80’s. It was the age of Supercar and A-Team. Eddie Murphy was chasing criminals around Beverly Hills. The Van Halen chewed people’s ears off with “Jump” and the Run-Dmc sang “Walk this Way” with Steven Tyler. New Era’s hats, baggy pants and oversize t-shirts wore the New York gangs while they were dancing the break-dance. Then there was the “ghetto blaster” better known as “BoomBox”, a portable music player featuring one or two cassette tape recorder/players and AM/FM radio with carrying handle. After 30 years the “BoomBox” is back. This time it is from Germany and it is 100% recycled cardboard made. And no cassette but bluetooth only. All the rest…it’s pretty much the same s*#*t.
